We all would like to thank Tim and Vicky for another great BBQ. Those of you who did not make it you missed out on some good eats and also a chance to pickup your club T shirts.<br /> Attending the meeting where the following members<br />Pres.Tim Simpson<br />Vice Pres. Jeff Jones<br />Sect. Dan Oliveira<br />Event Cor. Tim Greer<br />Members Vicky Simpson,Tania Jones,Tom Fuchs,Brian Fisher,Mike &amp;Terry Stromme, and Mark Lourilas. Also in attendance where Jeff &amp; Tania's girls.<br /><br /> The meeting was brought to order by President Tim Simpson at 2:25pm<br /><br />He let us know that we are now registered with the State of Minnesota as well as the Federal Government as a non profit organization.<br /> There was only 1 agenda item too be discussed at this meeting and that was the Club's By Laws. We need to have Club By Laws in place before we can become Incorporated. The President passed around a sample of another club's bylaws which we all went over and discussed and decided what we where to use as our Bylaws. Tim is going to put together a first draft which will be posted so that all members can look over and comment on.
